How it works:

Your festival’s Call to Artists contains information ONLY about your show.

Your Call to Artists is custom-designed using information that you provide, with a graphic you choose (photograph of your festival, logo, combination, etc.).  It is formatted to provide artists with quick, easy access to the information they need.  Your Call to Artists will include live links to your website and application system provider (if any), as well as pertinent contact information.

After  you approve a proof of your Call to Artists, Art-Linx.com issues an initial email .  The email goes to Art-Linx.com’s list of more than 7,500 professional artists who have been screened and qualified as art festival participants.

Your Call to Artists email is resent about one week before your application deadline, reinforcing your show’s message.

Your festival is described exclusively in more than 15,000 emails to the nation’s most qualified art festival participants--the artists you need to inform about your festival and motivate to apply. 

From the time we receive all the information needed to prepare your Call to Artists, we are usually able to send out the first email within 3 business days.

What it costs:

$180, per festival.  Included are two emails, custom Call to Artists from festival-provided information, live links to festival website and festival-provided photo or other graphic. A report on the response to your Call to Artists is also included.  Our terms are credit card, PayPal payment or check with your order.  There is a small additional fee for additional festivals featured in the same email.
